Socrates - known as "Sox" bar is another of the oldest bars in Lindos. Socrates was one of the village's most
charismatic characters. Often seen gently passing along the Pallas beach to spend time sunning on the rocks
beyond or drinking coffee with friends at a beach restaurant. Sadly, we lost this legend of a man at the end of 2012.
He is truly a part of the legend that is Lindos.
He has finally ridden off into the sunset on his "Harley". Here he is as a young dancer -
a portrait which hangs in the bar...
