You will find Sandra at Gelo Blue (opposite the Museum Bar) around 9.00 to 9.30 in the morning. Sandra needs at least 3 or 4 days notice of what you want and should contact her, ideally, within 24 hours of arriving in Lindos.

The cake is not the traditional British wedding cake. It is a circular sponge cake with vanilla Patisserie cream filling, with optional fresh fruit of the season in the filling. The cake is finished with either fondant and royal icing or fresh cream.

Prices start from 40 euros for a cake for two to six people. The standard cake is around 10/11" in diameter, provides around 20 wedding size portions and costs from €70

A 2-tier version, with a slightly smaller upper cake on a stand, is about €100.

Sandra has also provided Chocolate & Strawberry mousse cake (from frozen), carrot cake and Chocolate Fudge cake. Talk to Sandra - I am sure she will be able to sort out something tasty for you.

A favourite at the moment is this chocolate fudge with fresh cream and large white choc shavings.
